Fill metadata from e-book file #3155

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I read books in Russian and most of them are not available in supported catalogs.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. User selects a file (epub, fb2, mobi)
  2. File metadata is scraped and used to prefill form fields
  3. The file itself is never stored on the server

Describe alternatives you've considered Support searching in OPDS catalogs (https://specs.opds.io/opds-1.2#3-search)

ebooklib could work for this: http://docs.sourcefabric.org/projects/ebooklib/en/latest

Unclear whether DRM will be an issue.
