Add option to contribute via Librapay or OpenCollective #3254

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to contribute to the project via Liberapay or OpenCollective. More funds will be contributed directly to the development of this project than Patreon and, selfishly, I prefer to stick with the donation platform I'm already using. They are also donation services which don't take a cut, in contrast to the paywall service that Patreon tends towards.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to donate via Liberapay and/or Open Collective.

Thanks for providing an awesome alternative to the Amazon-owned Goodreads!
