Simple markdown for textboxes in site settings. #3344

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To try and add social links for the instance, maybe some links to a lemmy community, the rules if you use another instances rules (we use mastodon.world since ee are bookwyrm.world and so forth would be amazing to have in the CoC field or in the instance description field or in the additional info field. But since i cant do this, links look bad and i cant use hypertext (having "Mastodon" go to our mastodon account).

Adding simple markdown to those fields would do a lot, for us atleast.

Or don't.

Perhaps like how mastodon has it or lemmy has it.

I see that you can use HTML so i'll close this, as my issue is atleast fixed :)
