Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The uncommon (not to say esoteric) license of this project creates legal insecurity and hinders its integration into the Free Software ecosystem. The license text is clearly formulated with Free Software values in mind (freedom to use, inspect, modify) but the uncommon license prompts the FDroid project to label BookWyrm as non-free software (see screenshot).

Describe the solution you'd like Much like a well-tested cryptography library, a commonly used and court-tested license inspires confidence. Are the warranty disclaimers sufficient? What licenses is this compatible with? What are the legal intetpretations of terms like "labouring for oneself". There isn't a clear answer, until it has landed before a couple judges. That's before considering conveniences like SPDX-codes and UI integration. Please relicense to the AGPL. Or anything OSI-approved with strong reciprocity.

Describe alternatives you've considered I understand that this issue has been brought up before, and that the author feels strongly about the license. I feel enough time had passed, that another attempt is not impolite. Bookwyrm is great. I feel like the damage of tying it to an eso-license is greater than the good of preventing the CIA from using it for their book club.
