Restore map location when app is restored from background #29

Scenario:

I'm in a climbing area, I zoom on the map and activate a few filters
I use a few others apps
When I go back on Boolder, the app starts from scratch and I lose my filters and the current location => annoying

Possible solution: persist/load the viewport and filters

Questions:

what's the lifecycle of the app? What's the difference between the app being in background vs being killed?
how long should we store/load the data? I think within 1 day it makes sense. After 1 day I'd prefer to load the app with a fresh start.
