Cancel photo download when user taps on another problem #35

Repro:

set your phone in low connectivity mode
tap on a problem where photo isn't downloaded yet
tap on another problem where photo is already loaded
wait for the 1st download to fail (~1min)
the UI displays "no internet" error even though the photo for the 2nd problem is available

Solution: when user taps on another problem, cancel the photo download before so that it doesn't update the photo status when it fails
