Minor CSS changes to ProfilePage and ProfileEdit #183

CSS changes

ProfilePage - margin-left and right on bio of 30px
ProfilePage - change label font-weight to bold
ProfileEdit - Make text area align with the password input - reduce rows to 10
ProfileEdit - slightly darken background of inputs and selects - #ddd
ProfileEdit- Give labels font-weight: bold
ProfileEdit - add some margin above the section titles (eg Basic Info, Training Info) (10px margin top)
ProfilePage & ProfileEdit - add border - 2px, solid #fff
