Implement initials component into search results ;)

• Import the initials box component into the searchResultCohort.js
• Add initials box components where the Cohort image is.
• Pass in the first and second word and colour as seen in #180
• Add the whole component in a div/ nest it inside a div with the class of comment-profile-img
