Missed this aspect from last #67

User Story

And a toggle to the profile where you can select all future posts will be marked as private.

Before PR

[ ] update profile schema to include the new privacyPreference
[ ] Add new enum for PRIVATE or PUBLIC
[ ] updated the update profile by id function to include the new element. Front end are setting this with a drop down menu option.
