Visiting a user profile should show a list of that users post history, similar to a social media profile page
The posts should be displayed in the same way they are on the main posts page, including the same rules for displaying comments, likes and replies
The posts should be ordered by most recent at the top
A user should be able to "pin" a single post to the top of their list. This post should be removed from the rest of the list and have some UI indication that it is a pinned post
The user should be able to unpin the post

When the post owner chooses a post as their pinned post inPinned will be set to true for that post
[x] Create PATCH endpoint in router/posts for pinned statusposts/:id/pinned
[x] Modify the GET getAll function in controller/posts. Using posts?user=:id to fetch posts where the post’s user id matches the user profile being viewed
