Offer Feature

Hi,

I am not sure if this can be one on the next release or so.
In the CRM section, can you have another feature such as like a buyer giving a deals-offering the agent or seller a price that a buyer want to buy to a certain property that listed and not being sold. it's maybe like this:

CRM --> Deals --> Active + Dealing PropertyID You have Property ID listing and connected to an Agent that writting msg back and forth like a private message reguarding that property ID e.g.: buyer initiate the msg first to the agent: "Can I give you an offer of $100000 for this propertyID would you take it? or would you sell"? or just simply the number that they can enter like: offer but number only so it limit down storage or too messy, just the number and the agent reply with a clikc of "No" or "Yes" or "We Can Talk", etc.. just short words

then seller would reply yes or no. this way the agent has something to do get themself busy instead of calling using phone to talk before the seller even thinking of offering with that his/her price. and the agent can manage whoeven ask about what property and able to open the app and keep upto date

• a buyer browsing the properties, and the property should have a "+" or a button in the show detail or any place that's convinient that add that property ID to the Deals list in the CRM Dashboard then the buyer done browsing he/she can go there and start initiating the offer message btwn him/her and the seller/agent it will create an message id that the agent will query if he/she click on that CRM dashboard - Deals, no need push-notification .. or anyway that you guy set it up so it has less overhead.

Just like a bidding war between two person the buyer and the agent/seller until they come to term with a price that they both can start work on then they will call each other or start on the paper contract. otherwise too many people calling and those deals won't be affective. it helps both buyer and seller times and money, and for the app it will have activities and for Booleanbites to have a special feature like no other apps. :) e.g.: there are 10+ buyers want to offer different price, the agent just gonna pick whoever offer him the best price to talk to.

P.S.: after the bidding is done, both agreed an the price then that offer/deal move to "Won" and if not agreed then go to "LOSE" for future reference. and this log screen activities can be shown if they wanted to.

This is very customized feature, and it requires development from Houzez team as well. If you really need such feature, you should hire someone to do it for you on the backend, website as we as on the mobile app.
