Signup page role dropdown not working. I can't select any user role cause there's no dropdown

You need to allow user roles from your admin panel. Goto Admin Panel > Theme Options > Login & Register > User Roles > Enable/Disable User Roles.

Keep in mind, the roles you select will be disabled.
