Request Property feature not working #82

When using property request feature, after filling in the form and clicking Request Property, I get the following error message: Server Error, make sure email function working on your server. I have tested email function on my website and server and it is working fine. Can you tell me how I can fix this issue on the app please.

Also in the Zip Code field, I am unable to type in UK zip code which contains letters and numbers. It only allows me to enter numbers.

We'll have to debug houzi rest api plugin via your website admin to see the issue email function is having with request property.

The front end of plugin has nothing to do with sending emails. We'll have to do debugging of the plugin. Please understand that without admin access, we won't be able to check the actual issue happening with the email function on your server.

Since the same plugin is working on all of our client servers, There's indeed something different on your server, that we'll need to debug and find out.

Please understand that, the admin access is required to do changes and debug the plugin. If you cannot provide the access, how can we know the error.
