houzi rest api 1.3.7.1 error #86

I am getting the following error when uploading the new rest api 1.3.7.1

It's urgent, please help.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare houzez_create_print() (previously declared in /home/houzinkco/public_html/wp-content/themes/houzez/framework/functions/property_functions.php:2950) in /home/houzinkco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/houzi-rest-api-1.3.7.1/functions/property_functions.php on line 674
