Hi,

Is it possible for you to add a feature that a buyer/user able to follow an agent who posting a new property/properties and report back to him or give him a notification ?

This needs implementing from theme author as well. This app heavily depends on Houzez theme and its features. So any feature that doesn't exist need to implemented by doing custom development. We won't be able to add this in the app.
