Use cdnjs instead of cdn.mathjax.org by default #10

Because cdn.mathjax.org is shutting down - https://www.mathjax.org/cdn-shutting-down/.

You beat Sam and I to it (later today).

While we could keep a 'latest' version by checking the cdnjs API, I'd prefer to fix the version like this.
