If you can review this @whichape and @Bort-license-plate and give any feedback required. Quite a few sweeping changes:
!!! npm has been replaced with yarn !!!
Create react app has been ejected for finer control over webpack and config
Craco has been removed in favour of bog standard React (the docs are better)
Jest is setup and scaffolded with a single test to show it works
The big one here is obviously switching to yarn from npm. But it seems like there's less issues around yarn. Happy to go back to npm if you think yarn isn't worth it.
