UI Option Menus #17

There should be a main mod option menu for changing core settings relating to the mod and its FakePlayer renderer.

Additionally, the following Menu's/UI pages are required.

Each UI must follow the same look and feel of the main UI (contains a FakePlayer renderer) so the UI remains consistent.
