Currently there is a generalized approach taken when addressing queue signals like influx of app submissions, increase in TTP, Zendesk backlog, etc. This approach isn't suitable for the nuanced nature of our reviews and Specialists' backlog.
We need to officially operationalize a more personalized approach respective to the Specialists' backlog needs and bandwidth while still allowing TLs to be able to manage expected team output.
