Run Workflow system task does not pull in the workflows parameters #305

Describe the bug

Once you have selected the workflow in Run Workflow, the parameters should be loaded for that workflow.

This could be a UI bug, although I imagine the UI needs to make a service call to get the parameters for the workflow chosen.

Boomerang Flow

To Reproduce

Create two team workflows:

one with a basic sleep or shell task, this workflow needs a workflow parameter. Can be anything.
second with a Run Workflow task referencing the first workflow. -> No workflow parameters are shown. The screen also crashed for me.

Flow 3.5.0

This is confirmed as fix in the Release 3.6.0 with the team fixes.
