In the Actions screen, the manual tasks do not have any interaction and no modal is launched when clicking on the row.

Upon investigation by @LucasGrimauth @Okisa it turns out it was never built.

Changes Needed

Add a modal to the Actions Manual Tasks referencing the design used for Manual Tasks in the Activity detail screen
Potentially add a View Activity interaction (overflow menu or column) on rows in both Manual Tasks and Approvals
