User and Teams should allow storing of label based arbitrary information #324

As we expand the integrations in the system via an API driven approach and that we have an overarching design for labels on all objects, we should add the ability for Users and Teams to store labels.

These can then be shown / edited on the Team and User detail pages as well as via the v1 APIs.
