In Admin Task Manager - when trying to upload a yaml new task, you get an error that does not allow you to create. It appears that the Command field is being set on the UI to an empty array ([])

From the menu. Admin -> Task Manager
Create a task via uploading yaml (for example you can export an existing task as yaml and then try to create a new task with that yaml)
Environment
Browser: Chrome

If you add some text and then delete it, the input is fine. Must be using an empty array as a default value in the form for that input
