Bringing over changes from CAC repository. Adding support for Github … #17

…usernames as well as full URLs and adding support for URLs lacking www. and http/https. Also made it so that changes to the default arrays in site-data.php are reflected in the fields' url patterns, and so that fields without a URL pattern can have one added to them from the admin interface.

Thanks, @rjbaniel! It looks like you merged a bit overzealously - I see that a bunch of services (lastfm, googleplus, etc) have been removed. Can you go back and make sure you're only bringing over the fixes?
