First off, thanks for this, I think this is the plugin I'm looking for, I'm hoping I can get it working.

I installed it, and I see the dropdown when I'm making a new Profile Field (see image)

But what do I set the "Field Type" as? I must be missing a step because I don't see any images or code in firebug...
