Consider some sort of a print or pdf output. #570

This support request wishes for some way to produce a "print" version of a doc. It's not a bad idea, but I'm more interested in being able to generate a pdf, which could also be printed, but would solve more use cases. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/feature-request-printable-docs/

This PHP HTML to PDF library looks interesting, has a compatible license and doesn't have particularly strange server requirements, so might work: http://dompdf.github.io

A print stylesheet is fairly straightforward. See #196.

PDF is a nightmare. If you would like to do it, be my guest, but I'd like to stay far away from that project :)
