update French language #604

Hi Cyril-

Thanks very much for your translation input! Very recently (with the release of BP Docs 2.0), we started using the WordPress hosted translation service, GlotPress: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/buddypress-docs

We're hoping it will make it easier for new translations to be added. Do you have a GlotPress account? If so, please submit your new strings directly to GlotPress: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/buddypress-docs/stable/fr/default

Otherwise, we can submit new language files (to GlotPress) when we're preparing the next release.
