Info: Section Name in the Reports generated occur in sporadic way #9

Description: The section name fetched from the table - "info" and column "section" is displayed in form generated reports in a irregular iterative format.

Impacted Reports: Reports under the below sections, Full Reporting other than Summary Report (since Summary Report is a PDF file) DIG Sheet Reporting Time Base Plots Go-NoGo List

Fixing the maximum length of characters for the field Section not more than 22 characters can be done.
