Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If a user requests deletion of a comment and the mod decides to soft-delete the comment, then the content of the original comment never gets deleted automatically, thus possibly violating GDPR.
Describe the solution you'd like Automatically delete (replace by lorem ipsum) content of user comments if the user comment was soft-deleted after 14 days and add a note about this to the Privacy Policy page.
Describe alternatives you've considered Require mods to always permanently delete / destroy comment content on request. This causes people to not be able to see that a comment was deleted or the reason for it, thus occasionally causing drama. Alternatively edit/replace the text and only do soft-delete then
