config.json 파일 관리 #10

실험 세팅에 따라서 하이퍼파라미터를 정리할 필요가 있습니다. 세팅 정보가 담겨있는 config.json 파일을 experimentconfig/folder를 만들어 따로 담아두고 config[실험이름].json으로 관리하면 어떨까요?
