[ADD] Add model and wandb config

[BaekTree]

added model and its config setting

added wandb name etc

changed the directory to save the best model and the result checkpoints

• previous version:
  • overwrite previous experiment results because all use the same directory ./result.
• It now save checkpoints in ./result/
  • save the best model in ./best_model/
  • The represents the name of wandb in config.json
• We do not lose the previous experiment result
