fix error data #22

에러의 종류 발견한 것 3가지

  1. 둘다 no_relation인데 중복되는 경우
  2. 둘이 같은 lable로 중복되는 경우
  3. 하나는 label이 존재하는데 하나는 no_relation인 경우

load_data.py에서 데이터 전처리 후 no_relation인 것 삭제, label까지 같은 데이터 중복제거
