목적: wand관련 기능들 config 추가

변경 사항

wandb project : (default) huggingface -> Data Centric
entity : 작업자 이름 (sujin을 각자 이름으로 변경할 것)
실행 작업 이름 : username_dataname_lr_bs_ts로 변경
config의 파라미터를 불러와 변수에 저장하도록 코드 변경
