The uuid library has a maintainer #128

The uuid library now has an official maintainer in James E. King III and should be removed from the list of CMT libraries as specified by https://github.com/orgs/boostorg/teams/community-maintenance/repositories.

Done. I also made you a team maintainer so that you can handle these things yourself.

I was able to remove boostorg/format from the CommunityMaintenance page as well - thanks; however I still don't have access in Boost Trac to set the milestone in the format project to anything before 1.61.0.
