Request for admin permissions for Boost.Sync #166

I need admin permissions to enable CI builds for the project.

For some reason I still can't enable Travis CI for Boost.Sync. In the repo settings, I can see Travis CI service installed, but I can't configure it because "I must be an admin on the account that owns this repository". Travis CI UI also doesn't let me enable Boost.Sync because of permissions. Is there some other "superadmin" permission that I need?

I'm not quite sure how Travis permissions work. Either way, I've just enabled it for Sync.
