TravisCI and Coveralls integration #85

There is a discussion ob this topic at mailing list. To sum up:

TravisCI and Coveralls could improve quality of libraries
Library maintainers have insufficient permissions to enable TravisCI automated builds. Boost admin need to take care of it, possibly by enabling TravisCI for all the libraries by default

This is not required any more. There's a way to integrate with TravisCI and Coveralls without giving permissions to repository: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/TravisCoverals

Your solution requires setting up a personal fork which must be kept in sync with the main repository. So I'd like to have TravisCI run on the original repository just to avoid synchronisation errors. Please note the @vprus has TravisCI running on the superproject develop branch.

Did anybody tried to add Travis to a particular library, and run into issues? I think it should just work, but I can't really check myself.
