b2 does not build on intel-linux #753

The problem is described in https://github.com/bfgroup/b2/issues/132 and there is a pull request for it https://github.com/bfgroup/b2/pull/133.

But I don't know what is the relation between those two repositories.

This problem is preventing any intel-linux build on the machines available to me so it's kind of a show stopper.

What is the best way to proceed ?
