docs: Updated GA workflow to publish with peaceiris/action-gh-pages #574

Description

As per the suggestion of @mloskot , Docs workflow will now publish the generated docs to gh-pages branch using the github action peaceiris/actions-gh-pages to avoid the hassle of PAT (Personal Access Tokens)
