Remove deprecated.hpp added in 2007 #605

The deprecated.hpp was added a very long time ago and it's time to get rid of it.

Generally, we do not assign an issue to someone and limit the total number of minds working on an issue/feature request. You are very welcome to work on the issue and create a PR once you solve it. All the best!

...and if no PR exist for an issue, it is safe to assume nobody has worked on it and it is available to take, and no need to ask for permission.
