Add local conanfile.py #48

I will need some help figuring out which compiler versions can support BOOST LEAF

Currently I have this list in the conan file:

            "gcc": "11",
            "Visual Studio": "17",
            "msvc": "193",
            "clang": "13",
            "apple-clang": "13.1.6"
