Hi, this commit replaces three links on mpl/doc/tutorial/resources.html . None of those three seem to work. I didn't find any website that looks legal and provides the first paper but this new link at least tells the reader in which book he could find the article. For the other two papers, there are arxive links which will hopefully work permanently.
Edit: It now also fixes broken sgi.com links and replaces a gmane-link with a link to the boost.org archives.
