Use boost-ci #90

This repository uses its own outdated copy of the boost-ci scripts. It could use the boost-ci scripts directly, and passively gain from improvements to said scripts.

Thanks for the issue, Vinnie! Could you clarify what is the copy of boost-ci that you refer to, and where is documentation for directly using boost-ci scripts?
