Downloaded boost_1_61_1.zip official release.
After extracting the zip, the folder with the boost "preprocessor" library is missing the subfolder "include/" , where all the .hpp files reside.
This means the actual library, the hpp header files, is missing from the official release.
I need to pull this from Git manually.
Maybe an issue with the release tools? I've opened the issue here as there doesn't seem to be a better place to do it.
