Add a redirect to the documentation. #2

I wasn't sure which file to redirect to, so please fix it if I picked the wrong file.

I also copied some missing image and css files from the exception module.

That's the correct file, but for now, I think that we should redirect to the copy in libs/exception, as it has the correct links. I'll fix the redirect.
