Converted the review schedule to Asciidoc, preserving the links and strikethroughs.

@joaquintides I think we have provided enough time for feedback, perhaps merge this PR and we can address any later feedback in a separate issue?

Yes, I agree. Merging now, we can open a further issue if Mateusz has some difficulty with this page source code (which I don't think will be the case).
