Library author/contributors listing should say which release it applies to.

Currently the listing of author+maintainers+contributors only says "This Release" as a heading..

It should ideally say the specific release like "Release X.Y.Z".

The release number already appears 3 times on the page, and you want it a 4th time?

When you select "Latest" in a library page it doesn't appear at all..

Although I guess it technically appears as the last entry in the commit graph. But that's essentially invisible given its size and orientation.

Or perhaps the problem is that "Latest" should instead appear as "Latest (X.Y.Z)"?

We should show the release at the top I suppose... @rbbeeston is slated to redesign this page so we can incorporate it then
