Give the user more feedback upon a successful |boot2docker init| #371

Previously there was zero output to the console if init completed successfully, which gave the impression that nothing occurred. Now we explain that the VM has been initialized, as well as how to start it.

Is there anything else I need to do for this to be merged? :-)

boot2docker-cli is pending deprecation, so it doesn't get a lot of love. That being said, LGTM.
