Boot2Docker 1.0.1 Doesn't Install on Mac OSX if there are updates pending

@base698 can you please run it again, and when it fails, goto the menu and find the show logs - iirc its either in Help or the one next to it. Can you then please paste the log here?

I think it was related to pending updates. After reboot it worked again.

while i can find a way to work out if there are pending updates that could be installed (and that installing it will require a restart), I can't find a way to detect that an update is partially installed and requires a reboot:

Software Update found the following new or updated software:

while in the app store gui, it tells me Restart required.

Sorry, this repository is long-since deprecated in favor of Docker Toolbox (whose usage is now also discouraged in favor of Docker for Windows and Docker for Mac).
