installer stops telling the user there are running vm's #4

when all vm's are stopped. in actual fact, its just that the vbox manager is running

the message needs to note this, and/or the installer needs to be able to cope.

This is weird, since this code is taken raw from the vbox package: https://github.com/boot2docker/osx-installer/blob/master/mpkg/Distribution#L68

I changed the text to tell the user to shutdown vbox
