[UX] installation - Summary screen updates

This is the final "Summary" screen for the Mac OSX installer:

Three modifications:

• First Bullet. Let's change "docker run ubuntu echo "Hello world"" to "docker run hello-world" so as to be consistent with Mac OSX documentation.
• New Bullet (let's place after the first bullet above): "To save and share container images, automate workflows, and more sign-up for a free Docker Hub account." with the "Docker Hub account" link using the existing link style of the installer screen (not this GH markdown style).
• Let's have consistent, single space between each bullets (like exists now between 1 and 2, and 2 and 3).

@j0hnst0n We don't have room on that dialog to add a 4th bullet - thats also why the 3rd and 4th bullets are squashed.

54 may have a better variation to achieve it

• 54 will take a while to implement ... per your comment ;-)

• So, in the interim, let's swap bullet #2 ("upgrading") for this new bullet. Reason? First, we're optimizing for the new user and they've just downloaded and installed, and so no need to upgrade just yet; Second, we cover upgrading b2d in the docs http://docs.docker.com/installation/mac/#upgrading, which we point them to in bullet #4.

by removing the top line, which essentially duplicates the line above it, and using the new b2d commands, I've added the 4th bullet.

yup, I'm lazy - i cut&pasted your link,and then noticed all its options.

I started to work on adding the same to the windows installer, but that one's got the opposite problem - so I may be adding the form to it next month.
